George Harrison was found guilty of copyright infringement for his hit single “My Sweet Lord” Bright Tunes music Corporation had Obtained the copyright for the 1963 hit, “He’s So Fine,” Which was written by Ronald Mack and originally performed by the Cliffons. Did George Harrison borrow his musical ideas from Mak’s hit song?
He would only know. But i think the songs are quite different but there are a few similarities.

Case Study 2
In 1987 artist Lebbeus Woods drew a chair. Then Universal Studios released the film 12 monkeys in December of 1995. Which had a similar chair.
I think it’s the same chair, the person that done the chair for the film even said he look at the drawing by Leubbeus. So i think they used Leubbeus drawing as a direct reference and deserved to be sued.

I decided no to upload anything of mine to flickr because they take no responsiblilty fo your work. And i believe that uploading your work to the internet is a really stupid thing to do. Because theres no real way to stop others copying or stealling your work.
